What are credits and how do they work?
Credits power every AI action in Spookling — from processing incoming messages to running tasks across your connected tools. Pro includes 10,000 credits/month and Max includes 25,000. Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and unused credits do not roll over.
Can I upgrade from Pro to Max at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade to Max at any time from your account settings. The change takes effect immediately and you’ll only be charged the prorated difference for the rest of your billing cycle.
Which AI models are included in each plan?
Pro includes Claude Sonnet, GPT-4.1, Kimi K2, and MiniMax M2.5 lanes. Max adds Opus, GPT-5, Kimi K2.5, and MiniMax M2.5-highspeed — giving you the highest-capability models and fastest response times available in Spookling.
